 ToniToni is a relationship-oriented entrepreneur/author.  It has been her desire to speak and write books that impact the lives of those listening and reading. She is a coach and mentor to business owners that are transitioning from employee to entrepreneur. She mentors through her nonprofit 4:13 Ladies, that equips young girls with tools to live a life of greatness and reach their full potential. As an Educator, Founder and Owner/ Operator of Studio 4:13 Salons LLC. and B.O.S.S. Up Academy. ToniToni has develop workshops and programs that have transformed the lives of young girls, women and business owners to help cultivated a mindset of self-efficacy and provide them with the tools necessary to be successful in business. Her coaching and mentoring have altered the trajectory of her mentees and client’s life.
